Local diving sites are suitable for all levels of experience, from beginners to experienced divers. Experience the crystal clear blue water, abundant sea life and thriving coral reefs. Variety is the key word on the reefs around Perhentian: soft and hard corals, sponges and anemones abound, and you will be amazed by the sheer range of fish species in these waters.
We specialize in providing personalized service for small dive groups and try to be as flexible as possible. New divers can gain experience with the individual attention they may require and experienced divers can enjoy the freedom of spectacular reef diving, wreck diving and underwater photography opportunities.
With five specially fitted dive boats, Alu Alu Divers is able to meet the needs of any size group while keeping each dive party small and personal. Bring your equipment and store it in our secure equipment room, or use our well-maintained rental dive gears.
Since
you are in Perhentian, to relax and have fun, our staff will have
your scuba equipment on the boat and ready for each dive, we even
carry it for you (if you wish to do it yourself, let us know and we
will accommodate).
With great dive guides, solidly maintained equipment, comfortable and shaded boats, all that is left is for you to come and take pleasure in the protected waters of the Perhentian Island Marine Park

Want to dive but not enough time to complete the full open water course? This course is for you! The SSI and PADI Scuba Diver course is a pre-entry level certification allowing you to dive under the supervision of professional dive leader at no deeper than 12m depth
The course consists of academics including dive equipment and techniques, shallow water sessions and two open water dives.
You can upgrade to full OW certification anywhere, anytime (no time limit).
Open Water

Learn the fundamentals of scuba diving which will allow you to dive anywhere in the world without professional supervision. The SSI and PADI Open Water courses are divided into modules and consist of five academic sessions, shallow water sessions and four open water dives in the ocean.
This is the first level of diving certification - your ticket to exciting adventures in the underwater world. This license enables you to dive to a depth not to exceed 18 meters with a buddy who is also a certified diver, at a 100% of all diving destinations in the world!

Advanced Open Water

This in-water, performance based course includes two core dives: a deep and underwater navigation dive, and three different elective dives that may include: underwater photography, multi-level diving, night diving, drift diving, peak performance buoyancy and the popular, wreck diving.
Emergency First Response

The program is designed to last approximately 5 months depending on your current experience and when you get started.
