The restaurant is generally open from 7:30 am to 10:30 pm, depending on the season.Enjoy the gorgeous ocean view as you dine al fresco accompanying with cold fruit shakes, smoothies, cocktails, wines and very cold beers.

Surface Interval Bistro provides a variety of food, including local Malaysian and western style dishes. We serve sea food, fresh fish, vegetarian, chicken, pasta dishes, desserts, appetizers, soups and salads, sandwiches, hamburgers, fresh fruit and so much more.

Enjoy your meals under the stars either on our timber deck overlooking the sea or on the white sandy beach. A romantic candlelit dinner by the beachside area is enticing. In case of rainy weather, our unique tension-membrane shade sail is still perfect for an intimate dining experience.

Our adjoining beach bar is a nice place where you can relax and watch the world pass you by during the late afternoon, or after dinner. Listen to your choice of great music, and sip cool drinks prepared by our bartenders.

Celebrating with someone special? We prepare at the beach a table with all the trimmings (candlelights, flowers, etc.) and your own waiter to serve you. Choose from our Chef's menu and of course a bottle or two of our special wines. Let us know at least a day in advance and we take care of the rest.
